Char Crust® Ginger Teriyaki Halibut featured on Sysco’s 2011 Calendar

We are thrilled to announce that Sysco’s 2011 Calendar features one of our Char Crust® Dry Rubs. All Sysco chefs nationwide were asked to submit entries. Chef Malcolm Halliday, CEC, Executive Chef and Business Review Manager for Sysco Central Pennsylvania, submitted his recipe for Ginger Teriyaki Halibut on Pad Thai Noodles.
