Easy to cook on the stove top, grill, or broiler. Just coat the steak with Hickory & Molasses right before cooking, brush lightly with oil, then cook to 145 degrees. Add your favorite sides.
Hickory Pork:
Make delicious pork tenderloin, pork chops, or tacos! Easy to cook on the stove top, grill, or broiler. Just coat the pork with Hickory & Molasses right before cooking, brush lightly with oil, then cook to 145 degrees, followed by a three-minute rest. Add some sides and have the pork on its own, or use pork shoulder to make pork tacos: add diced red onions, cilantro, your favorite sauce or salsa, and some tortillas!
Hickory Chicken:
Coat your skinless chicken in Hickory & Molasses and lightly brush with oil. You can cook on the stove top, grill, or broiler. Cook to 165 degrees. Add your favorite sides.
