Cooking Method #2 of 5
- Place sheet pan or roasting pan in oven
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Dredge meat or fish in Char Crust just before cooking
- Drizzle or spray surface of seasoned protein with canola oil or other oil suitable for high-heat.
- Place meat or fish on baking/roasting pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 350 degrees
- Continue cooking until desired level of doneness is reached
