How to Grill with Char Crust®

  
  • Preheat one side of grill to high (450 – 550 degrees), and the other side to medium low (about 350 degrees)

  • Dredge meat or fish in Char Crust just before cooking

  • Drizzle or spray surface of seasoned protein with oil 

  • Place meat or fish on high heat side of grill

  • Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes on other side

  • Move protein to the medium-low side of the grill

  • Flip protein every 2 minutes during cooking to ensure even cooking and no burning

  • Continue cooking until desired level of doneness
