Preheat one side of grill to high (450 – 550 degrees), and the other side to medium low (about 350 degrees)

Dredge meat or fish in Char Crust just before cooking

Drizzle or spray surface of seasoned protein with oil

Place meat or fish on high heat side of grill

Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes on other side

Move protein to the medium-low side of the grill
-
Flip protein every 2 minutes during cooking to ensure even cooking and no burning

Continue cooking until desired level of doneness
