Excellent product.
This rub is great on both pork and chicken.
Been cooking for Char-Crust for years, Rotisserie Roast being my absolute favorite. Or rather “Roto Roast”, the old name.
But something more than just the name has changed. The crust that develops is less robust now and breaks down as it cooks. Only noticed in the Rotisserie Roast.
Great flavor. Less great crust.

We tried the rotisserie seasoning for the first time on a whole chicken and baked in our dutch oven. I couldn’t have turned out any better! Great taste and very juicy! Highly recommend!!

I cannot live without Char Crust, as it is these incredible spices that perfectly season and seal in the juices that turns any recipe into a GOURMET EXPERIENCE.
But I particularly want to commend Lis and her amazing team for their OUTSTANDING Customer Service, that goes far beyond the norm.
I was totally blown away when I experienced a problem with a batch - that I believe was no fault of the company - and they insisted on replacing the items, even though I never requested it.
If only more companies in the world could use Char Crust as a role model regarding exceptional customer care.
They will have my gratitude and my business forever.
