Juicy grilled pork chops, melty provolone and garlicky greens come together in these easy Philly-inspired sliders. Char Crust® All American Barbecue creates a flavorful crust on the pork while helping seal in the juices — then a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette brings it all together.
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 2 Coleman Natural Meats center-cut pork chops
- 1½ Tbsp Char Crust® All American Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups broccolini, broccoli rabe or broccoli crowns
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 6 slider rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- Balsamic vinaigrette, for finishing
Directions
Prepare the grill for direct grilling.
Season the pork chops generously on all sides with Char Crust® All American Barbecue. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, then continue flipping about every 30 seconds until the pork reaches your desired internal temperature. Graham recommends removing the chops from the grill at 140–143°F and allowing them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
While the pork rests, place a skillet on the grill and add the olive oil. Add the greens, garlic, salt and chili flakes and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
Slice the slider rolls in half and layer with provolone, sliced pork and sautéed greens. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
