Hickory & Molasses Bacon Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef

2 Tbsp Char Crust Hickory & Molasses
- 8-10 slices of bacon
- 3 slices cheddar cheese
- Your preferred toppings
Directions:
- Divide ground beef in 3 equal sized patties

Fully coat the patties with Char Crust
- Grill the patties for 2-3 minutes a side, until a nice crust forms, then move to the indirect side of the grill and cover until you reach your desired doneness
- Top the patties with 3-4 pieces of bacon, a slice of cheese and allow it to melt
- Serve on toasted buns with your toppings
