  • Orzo (optional)
  • Fresh basil (optional)

  1. Turn on the broiler, and put the rack close to heat.

  2. Place shrimp in a bowl and thoroughly coat with Char Crust Amazin' Cajun dry rub.

  3. Broil, 2 to 3 minutes per side.  Serve over orzo or pasta. Garnish with fresh basil.
