Ground beef

Char Crust® Original Hickory Grilled

Brioche slider buns

Jalapeños, chopped 

Onion, chopped

Chipotle mayo

Optional: Avocado

Products Used in this Recipe


Slice avocado, onions, and jalapeños. Set aside.

Heat your grill.

Shape the meat into 2 inch patties.  Coat patties completely with Char Crust® (this recipe uses Original Hickory Grilled, but you can use any flavor). 

Drizzle the patties with oil or spray with olive oil.

Place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes until they reach desired doneness - 135°F for medium rare. 

Slice your brioche buns and toast on the grill. 

Place patties on toasted brioche buns and top with chopped onions, jalapeños, avocado and chipotle mayo (or substitute for your favorite toppings and sauce).
