4 Bone Pork Chops - approximately 1 inch thick

Coat Pork Chops with Char Crust Java Buzz. Brush lightly with oil. Heat an indoor or outdoor grill on high. Brush grill with some olive oil.
Place some of the garlic cloves on the hot grill and cook until light brown - be careful not to let fall through any racks on the outdoor grill.
Add pork to grill and grill flipping every two minutes. It will be about 6 minutes total for approximately 1 inch chops. Cook more or less depending on the thickness of the pork chop.
After about 3 minutes, add some sage leaves to the pork and let it grill into the meat. Cook pork to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let sit for 3 minutes.
Serve with grilled garlic and enjoy!
