1 lb of ground chicken meat
½ cup of feta cheese
1 Tablespoon Chopped Oregano
1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
1 Tablespoon of Char Crust® Amazin' Cajun (or favorite flavor)

Cooked Couscous (cook following box directions)
Chopped up cucumbers
Hummus (store bought)
Harissa red pepper sauce (store bought)
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Add ground chicken, herbs, feta, Char Crust® and 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil to a food processor and process until completely blended (if you do not have a processor, use a bowl and your hands).
Roll ground chicken into a golf ball size and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat meatballs with a bit more Char Crust® and brush with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Broil for a 1-2 minutes at end for char on top.
Place couscous in a bowl. Top with with hummus, cucumbers, and meatballs. Add a drizzle of harissa on top if desired.
