Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat chicken and vegetables with Char Crust. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
In a large ovenproof skillet add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add chicken pieces. Leave for two minutes and then flip.
Add vegetables and lemons. Put in the oven and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
Put chicken on broil for a minute or two if you want the top of the chicken to be a little crispier.
Additional recipes with this chicken: Serve rice or potatoes. Use leftover chicken for pasta later in the week.
