Ingredients:
-
Salmon fillets
-
Broccoli florets
-
Char Crust® Ginger Teriyaki dry rub
-
Olive oil
-
Brown rice
Instructions:
-
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
-
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, then sprinkle with Char Crust Ginger Teriyaki dry rub and toss again (about 1-2 tablespoons per head of broccoli). Transfer the broccoli to a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
-
Completely coat all sides of the salmon filets with Char Crust Ginger Teriyaki dry rub (about 1/4 cup of dry rub for 4 filets).
-
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and push the broccoli to one side. Lightly grease the other side of the sheet pan with olive oil and place the salmon on the greased sheet pan skin down.
-
Return to the oven and cook for 6 minutes. Move the sheet pan to the top third of the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes.
-
If desired, serve with brown rice and garnish with thinly sliced green onion.
