Southwest Chipotle Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

Directions to cook on stove top or in oven:

Stovetop: 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in medium skillet.

  2. Coat the chicken breast with Southwest Chipotle, covering all sides. Drizzle or spray with olive oil.

  3. Place in pan. Flip every 2 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F.  Let chicken rest and then slice.

  4. Place salsa, sliced chicken, and cilantro on a tortilla. Drizzle with lime.

Oven (easier for a large batch):

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Coat the chicken breast(s) with Southwest Chipotle, covering all sides. Drizzle or spray with olive oil.

  3. Place chicken on sheet pan (on parchment paper if desired). Flip every 5 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F.  Let chicken rest and then slice.

  4. Place salsa, sliced chicken, and cilantro on a tortillas. Drizzle with lime.
