Classic Turkey Breast with Char Crust® Classic Turkey Rub

Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey breast (about 4–6 lbs)

  • 4 oz Char Crust® Classic Turkey Rub

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven or smoker to 275°F.

  2. Pat the turkey breast dry. Coat the turkey generously with Char Crust® Classic Turkey Rub, making sure to get seasoning under the skin and all over the surface.

  3. Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack (or directly on the smoker grate).

  4. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F—this usually takes about 2½–3 hours, depending on size.

  5. Rest the turkey for 20–30 minutes before slicing to let the juices redistribute.
