Queso-Stuffed Burger


  • Ground beef

  • Char Crust® Roasted Garlic Peppercorn

  • Brioche slider buns

  • Queso Stuffing:

    • 6 tbs shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    • 3 tbs cream cheese

    • 2 tbs diced roasted Hatch chiles

    • 2 tbs diced shallots



  1. Mix queso ingredients. Slice veggies. Set aside.

  2. Heat your grill.

  3. Stuff 2-inch patties with queso. Coat patties completely with Char Crust®.

  4. Drizzle the patties with oil or spray with olive oil.

  5. Place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes until they reach desired doneness - 135°F for medium rare.

  6. Slice your brioche buns and toast on the grill.

  7. Place patties on toasted brioche buns and add your favorite toppings.
