Ingredients:

2 salmon filets

Olive oil

4 Tbsp Char Crust® Amazin’ Cajun

Fresh lemon juice
Instructions:

Prep the Salmon:
Pat salmon dry and lightly brush with olive oil. Generously dredge in Char Crust® Amazin’ Cajun, coat flesh side. -
Grill Setup:

Gas Grill: Preheat to medium-high (about 400°F).

Charcoal Grill: Prepare a medium-hot fire and arrange coals for direct heat grilling.

Grill the Salmon:
Place salmon skin side down directly over the heat. Grill for 4 minutes. Flip carefully and grill for another 4 minutes on the flesh side, or until the crust is crisp and the salmon flakes easily with a fork. -
Finish:
Remove from grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over each filet. -
Serve:
Serve with your preferred sides. Roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli are great sides for this meal.
