Sliced chicken on salad with pita on the side

Grilled Chicken Salad & Pita Platter


  • Red Onion 

  • Pineapple

  • Avocado

  • Wraps

  • Balsamic dressing





Pat down two chicken breasts with a paper towel and coat with Char Crust. Drizzle with olive oil.

Cut pineapple into rings and brush with olive oil.

Grill both chicken breasts and pineapple. Flip chicken breasts every two minutes until done. It will take approximately 10 minutes. Let rest on a platter and slice. 

Add sliced vegetables to a platter and put chicken on top with the pineapple.  Serve as a salad with your favorite balsamic dressing or dressing of choice. You can also serve with wraps on the side.
