Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Leg of Lamb


  • 5 lb Bone-in leg of lamb 

  • Char Crust® Roasted Garlic Peppercorn

  • Olive oil 

  • Carrots or vegetable of choice

  • Potatoes


Let lamb sit at room temp for an hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pat lamb dry with a paper towel and place in an oven safe pan. Coat lamb generously with Char Crust.

Score the top of the lamb with a knife. Drizzle with olive oil.

Add potatoes and vegetables. Dust with Char Crust and a touch of olive oil.

Add to oven for about 1.5 hours. Internal temp for medium should be 135 degrees.

Let rest for 15 minutes and then slice.

Optional: Make Cast Iron Char Crust Potatoes as a side.
