Roasted Garlic Prime Rib Recipe




  1. Remove prime rib from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking
  2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  3. Coat prime rib with Roasted Garlic Peppercorn dry rub. Cover all sides completely.
  4. Place in roasting pan and put in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce temperature of oven to 350 and cook to desired doneness. (Cook until 130 degrees for medium rare - about 13 minutes per lb)
  6. Let rest for 30 minutes before serving


  1. Combine red wine and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce in a pan. Cook for a few minutes on medium-high heat.
  2. Add in the beef fat, cook for a few more minutes, then strain.
