Ingredients:
Flank Steak
Olive Oil
Southwest Chipotle Char Crust®
Corn
Basil
Garlic
Tomatoes
Shallots
Salt
Pepper
Champagne Vinaigrette
Mayo
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to high heat.
Coat Flank Steak with Char Crust Southwest Chipotle Seasoning. Brush with olive oil.
Place on the grill and flip every 2 minutes until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145. It will only take about 8 minutes to cook.
Let rest and cut against the grain.
Side: Sauteed Corn with Tomatoes and Shallots
Served with fresh sauteed corn in olive oil, basil, garlic, tomatoes, shallots, salt and pepper. Add a splash of champagne vinaigrette for brightness.
Step up option: Southwest Chipotle Steak with Chipotle Mayonnaise
Mix ½ cup of mayo with 1 tsp of Southwest Chipotle Char Crust® and 1 tsp of lime juice. Drizzle on top of steak.
