Salmon & Vegetable Kabobs

Skewer Ingredients:

Ginger Teriyaki Char Crust®

1.5 lbs of skinless salmon fillets

Bell peppers 

Red onions 


Lemon slices

Olive oil

Skewers - if wood soak before using



Place oven rack in upper third of oven. Turn your oven on to broil and let heat up. 

Slice salmon evenly in approximately 1 inch chunks.

Cut vegetables into square pieces.

Evenly slice the lemon.

Coat the salmon and vegetables with Char Crust® and brush with olive oil. 

Thread fish and vegetables/lemons onto skewers.

Place skewers on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place on top rack close to broiler and watch carefully.

Turn every two minutes. Should only take about 5 minutes to cook. 

Brush kabob with the soy sesame mixture (see step up option below). Serve right away.


Step Up Option: Soy Sesame Sauce 

Mix the following ingredients together:

¼ cup of soy sauce

1 ½ teaspoon of sesame oil

1 tablespoon of chopped green onions

1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
