Southwest Chipotle Char Crust
1 head of cauliflower cut up into small chunks
1 can of black beans, heated up
Pickled cabbage soaked in vinegar salt/pepper
1 bunch cilantro
1 cup sour cream
6 corn or flour tortilla

- Place cauliflower on a baking sheet. Coat cauliflower in Char Crust and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well. Roast at 475 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Make cilantro cream by blending 1 cup of sour cream with 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 ½ tsp of Southwest Char Crust.
- Heat up tortillas, spread black beans on the bottom, top with cauliflower, cabbage, avocado, jalapeños, and cilantro cream.
