Ginger Teriayki Chicken Grain Bowl


  • Char Crust® Ginger Teriyaki 

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • Olive oil

  • Sesame oil

  • 2 cups of brown rice

  • 3 cups of sliced vegetables (brussels sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, red peppers or vegetables of choice)

  • Soy sauce

  • Peanuts 

  • Peanut sauce (store bought or homemade)


  1. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Coat with Ginger Teriyaki Char Crust on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil. 

  2. Cook in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and add vegetables. Coat vegetables with Char Crust, olive oil and sesame oil.  Cook for another 15-20 minutes.

  4. While chicken and vegetables are cooking, cook rice.

  5. Remove chicken and vegetables from the oven. Use meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through. 

  6. Place rice in a bowl; add chicken, vegetables, peanuts; drizzle with soy sauce and peanut sauce.
